| Intel Atom powered tablet Windows8 |
Medfield tablet and smartphone will be released in the first half of 2012. In the second half of 2012, we will see processors with Intel CloverTrailW Windows8 flat. CloverTrailW is Medfield's successor.
We first saw Intel demonstrate Moorsetown smart phones in the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show, so Intel smart phone / tablet industry has already had a very long time. The road map, suggesting that another generation of Atom processors will be released in the second half of 2012.
